On the basis of archival material kept in the Military Historical Archive in Prague the author outlines technical conditions of carriers in Czechoslovakia after the World War II. There is a focus on technical testing and maintenance issues etc. The author prefers aiming at the issue related to introducing a half-track carrier OT-810 „HAKO“ into the Czechoslovak national army armament in the 60's till 1993 when it was destroyed as a result of reducing excessive armament and equipment in the Military Training area Lest’ within Slovak territory.
