First published document, translated from the Bundesarchive in Koblenz, is dated 15/02/ 1943. It represents directions of J. Goebbels — the chief for Reich propaganda of NSDAP to overturn the leadership of propaganda against East European nations. These new directions positively represent the Stalingrad defeat, stressed the anti-bolshevism as the basic target, but also more realistically supervise the certain opportunities to use the collaborant forces, on the German benefit.
