The study deals with the problems that had not been presented so far in the specialised literature. The activities and tasks of secret services, the part of which also was the Military Intelligence (OBZ), were for a long time veiled with secrecy in the period of power struggle in the Czechoslovak Republic after WW2. The author focused his attention to description and analysis of anti-democratic practices, methods and forms, that the OBZ used in relation to the Slovak portion of the Czechoslovak Army corps of commanders.
