The above mentioned work represents a historical analysis and assessment of military-political steps of the German and Slovak side directed to the participation of Slovakia in war against the USSR in 1941. With the use of a comparative method he brought to closer attention a number of mapped orders, instructions and directives for the armed forces components, the contents, sequence and realisation of which orders provides a proof about a higher level of insight into the German intents and the willingness to co-operate in their realisation.
