In his study the author analyses the military districts and military training areas with focus on their development in connection with the development of weapons and weapon systems. Besides other  things the author explores the legislative questions of the military training areas and military districts, military forests and real estates establishment. He points to a sensitive question of the Law No. 169/1949 Col. of Laws impact on the existence of some villages and the life of their population. He explains why it came to the establishment of military districts, military training areas, military forests and real estates. He outlines briefly their development until present time.
