The material consists of two parts. It depicts the inclusion of the combat arms formations under the higher commands of the mobilised army and the consequently the personnel manning of all the  higher commands and combat arms formations is included. All data are referred to the state that was reached on 30 September 1938. The contribution contains all higher commands and combat arms units that were mobilised on the territory of Slovakia or Carpatho-Ukraine, despite the fact that at the given moment they were subordinated to various operational commands. Not only the composition of the III Army is recorded here, but also that of the higher commands and units deployed on the territory of the Czech lands and subordinated either to the Supreme Headquarters or to the I and II Army.
