The paper deals with destinies of 5 or 4 pieces of medium tanks of German production that were incorporated into the armament of the Slovak Army and partially refers to training of their crews in Germany. The author integrated memories of individual witnesses, filled the absence of relevant documents and created a relatively plastic picture of deployment of these individual combat means on the side of insurgents. He explains the activity of tankists in the Slovak National Uprising as well as the information on the armament and materiel of the Slovak army or the army of insurgents.
