In the introduction the author describes standpoints and assistance of the Great Britain to the resistance Slovakia and to the Slovak National Uprising. She refers to the fact that original archive sources of  this topic are not found in Slovakia. It is possible to lean mainly on English sources preserved in the Department of  Documents, Imperial War Museum in London the copies of which are deposited in the State Central Archive in Prague. In the next part the author analyses reports on the situation in Slovakia developed by Maj. John Sehmer, Commander of Intelligence Airborne troops SOE with code name Windproof, to Italian Bari.
