This study continues to work on problems of the borders (published in Military History No. 2, 2001) between Czechoslovakian governmental deputation and great powers of Treaty at Peace Conference in Paris in 1919. This part picks up the threads of previous part chronologically. It analyses the negotiations on defining south boundary line between forming Czechoslovakian state and Hungary from  the end of 1918 to the half of 1919 in the time when Peace Conference Territorial Commission for Czechoslovakian matters had talked over Czechoslovakian borders. Different points of view, that determined not only Czechoslovakian attitude to the question of southern border with Hungary but the attitudes of victorious great powers and their experts as well, reflect in this study. This part concentrates above all on military, power and strategic aspects of this border line forming, that are however not understood in an isolated manner but in a wider diplomatic and politic context. The author devotes himself to individual periods of building attitude to the southern border issue. The study examines individual Czechoslovakian suggestions and it evaluates the whole problem from the point of view of individual Treaty great powers delegations.
