In this contribution the author documents mentioned problems by means of funds preserved in the State Regional Archive in Banská Bystrica. The author has drawn information from these documents — the information relating to the uprising of the Esates, Turkish wars and Turkish occupation while paying attention to the movements of armies and troops, politic intents of hostile side, individual military formations and particularly commanders of fighting sides on the territory of above mentioned counties and districts.
