The material is contributing (by means of political-philosophical view) to the relation between the wars and human rights in the historical context from the end of 18% century to the end of 20% century. The author states the numerous data of the First and the Second World War and of the various war conflicts. Increasing losses of the civilian populations are the author's opinion the main manifestation of the human rights violation. He evolves the issue of the children losses, war in a partisan manner and terrorism.
