The published study is focused on activities of polonophile, Slovak autonomist and three-day prime-minister in connection with the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and with the 2nd section of the Supreme Staff of Polish troops. There are mentioned Polish activities towards Sidor too. The study explains Slovak internal political motives that resulted in the forced departure of Sidor to the position of the Slovak ambassador in Vatican. The author in the study stated the fact that Sidor s destiny was significantly affected by external (German) pressure that determined also the particular form of the Slovak State regime. Motives of conspirative contacts of Polish military and political circles with Sidor and his colleagues (Čarnogurský, Moravčík, Ambruš, Malár) are presented on the background of the domestic Slovak as well as international scenes.
