The published study tries to explain one of lesser-known episodes of this period. In addition to a transcription of the very documents supplemented with a rich glossary, there is also an introduction describing a course of the visit and evaluating its importance. The author implied how Slovak media wrote about the visit and based on an archive research he clarified its background and backstage. He pointed out the relations and conflicts between the Deutsche Partei, tense relations among it and Slovak politicians, between the German Foreign Office and SA as well as between SA and competitive SS.
