The authors of the assessed study in their work take notice of a process before adoption of the Agreement on Defence Economy, by which the German Party achieved the right to control production and certain administrative functions in 25 most important Slovak armament enterprises that started to work for the German Army. In the process the authors result from an analysis of a relatively big number of archive documents of German origin, thanks to which they are able to create a detailed description of the whole course of the German-Slovak talks on the given Agreement. At the same time they state that the Slovak side all the time stretched the talks submitting its own drafts. In the process it made use of the fact that the German side did not have a clear concept of mutual relations. However, finally the Slovak side reached concessions only in less important matters.
