In the Prague Military Central Archive – Military Historical Archive, the Collection dedicated to the Czechoslovak Military Mission Moscow – USSR, also contains a whole of as yet unpublished contemporary documents which were sent by the air force staff captain, František Fajtl, to the Czechoslovak Military Mission in Moscow in the period from 20 June 1944 to 4 November 1944. Content of the preserved documents provides us in an unrepeatable way with information about the decisive moments in the life of this legendary air force unit of the CS air force in the era of the World War II.
