In the published study, the author builds on his previous works dedicated to the Labour Corps operation. In the recent entry, he analysesthe last two years of this Corps" existence, monitoringthemainreorganizationalandredeployment changes theCorpshasundergone at that period. He also analysesthe legislative and legal interventions in its operation. In this context, he pays relatively close attention to the adoption of the Defence Act in 1943, on the basis of which the position of Jews and Gypsies in relation to armed forces changed.
