The published document provides the reaction of the highest representatives of the Czechoslovak military administration to the attacks of the Democratic Party MP Michal Zibrín, made on the Parliament premises, against the “unfair” personnel policy towards Slovaks in the post-war Czechoslovak Army. A joint article by the Minister of National Defence, General Ludvík Svoboda, and the State Secretary, General Mikuláš Ferjenčík, which was publised in the daily Bojovník (Fighter), sets the pertracted matters straight and presents the broader context within which they had to be seen.
