The author describes his experience from The Invalides Museum in Paris, which includes The Museum of Models on its 4th floor. There is an extraordinary exhibition of the historical models of French cities and towns, fortresses and defense systems from all around France. The exhibition bears a remarkable historical value so much for the acquirement of the conduct of war, military fortress and defense technologies, as finally for the awareness of architectural and cultural development of French cities.
