The authors stem in the study on the documents from the National Archive in Prague. They remind that Munich Agreement of four empires Germany, Italy, Great Britain and France on 29th and 30th September 1938 besides the solution of Germany Czech-Slovak conflicts of position, and the foremost annexation of the parts of lands in Czech and Moravia for the sake of the Third Empire , created the conditions for the later territorial corrections. They state later that on behalf of the Amendment to the Agreement, or the supplemental statement the problem of Polish and Hungarian minority in Czechoslovakia was supposed to be concluded by forming and agreement of the parts concerned in the time of three months. It should have been conducted according to the model applied in the withdrawal from Czech and Moravia lands in favour of Germany. Th e documents did not mention any details of an extend of territorial changes and the manner of its realization. Th e future frontiers of Czechoslovakia were established on the cancelling of such questions by a mutual agreement of the parts concerned. Th e empires promised to establish such a frontier of Czechoslovakia as a compensation for the withdrawn area. A new way of organization of a surrounded state security was to be conducted. They provide us with a detail study of the relations in Košice.
