The study deals with the change of the strategy in foreign policy of Spain from the autumn 1942 focused on gaining the best international positions or establishment of provisions for a survival of Franco’ s regime in the aft er war period. It deals with the establishment and application of the strategy in connection with the development in the fronts in Mediterranean, most of all with the focus on taking over by the Allies. Moreover, in this respect he draws his attention to the approach and the development of the opinions of Spanish Army Generals.
