The published material is from the funds of Military History Archive in Bratislava, the fund of Military Area 4, Liquidation unit of the Slovak Army and Resistance troops. There are not yet published historical documents shedding a lot of new light into the topic of purchasing the planes SM-84-Bis in Italy. There are mainly the reports of direct participants of the events- former members of the Slovak Air Forces who contributed in various different ways to the fulfilment of the set of tasks connected with the purchase, the commission dispatch and their flyovers not only in Slovakia, but also in Italy.
