At the beginning the author points out that the establishment and development of the Czechoslovak Army after the WW Two was accompanied by the course of conception, organizational, personnel, and material problems. The most well-known was the problem of lack of ammunition, equipment and another military material at the beginning. All types of forces were facing the problem, especially those which ammunition consisted of special and heavy military technique, and that was the case of the tank corps and artillery. In the magazine we are going to focus on 5 types of automotive cannons of German origin as the part of the ammunition of the Czechoslovak Army up to the 50’s, and in some cases up to the 60’s of the last century. We are going to present them in a catalogue way so that the reader can fi nd their basic tactic-technical data, but also some detailed information on the development of each individual type and their assignment in the Czechoslovak Army. Hereby we would like to react in a complex on a huge number of not exact facts published in various ways or available on several web sites.
