The study deals with the issue of using trophy tank destroyers of German origin when supplying tank equipment of Czechoslovak army aft er WWII. The work provides us with an attachment published in Military History no.1, 2009, Tank Destroyer 75/40/N. It is also a technique gained by mending of aft er-war collection of material taken from The Red Army or, and it is uppermost produced in Czechoslovak artillery factories based on the types produced there for the purposes of the German Army. The mentioned types of tanks used to be a part of the artillery of the Czechoslovak Army up to the 50’s, and some of them to the 60’s of the last century. Apart from a complex description of the issue he tries to react to a huge amount of mostly inaccurate facts published in various ways or are available at websites.
