The author describes historical circumstances on the establishment of Automotive Factory Ltd. in Trenčianske Biskupice in 1942-1945. Specifically, it is a report of a former Lieutenant colonel of General Staff Emil Novotny, a member of Slovak Army a later administrative director of the Automotive factory Ltd. in Trenčianske Biskupice from 3. June 1945. The report contains apart from the information on the establishment also concrete suggestions on aft er-war “solution” of the situation in the only aviation factory of Air Forces in Slovakia in WWII.
