The study defines the military aspects of the presence of former Slovak partisans and the participants of Slovak National Uprising in the actions against „Banderovci“ in Slovakia 1947. Differently from the existing sources, he documents that there already had been a tendency to use them against the groups of Ukraine Partisan Army some time in 1946. Even in 1947 the Military Administration was preparing the mobilization of the Resistance fighters. The mobilization had partially been realized by the Administration shortly before the idea was officially proclaimed and approved on the political level. The author tracks the circumstances of the negotiations amongst the central state authorities and the request to intervene. Consequently he follows the concrete questions of the realization. The attention is drawn upon the development of the mobilization of the Resistance fighters and the organizational formation of the units. He as well specifies the numbers of the mobilized resistance workers, the reconstruction of the development and the results of the assignment of the units in the actions within the areas of Slovakia and Moravia. Last but not least, he re-considers the evaluation of the armed performance from the military view.
