The author draws the attention to the issue of military graves of the members of German Armed Forces, the people killed in the war conflicts during 1914 – 1918, as well as in 1939 – 1945. Meanwhile they are those who were under the protection of the International Humanitarian Right. He analyses the circumstances of the fi ghts and the war operations in the WWI, the number of the victims, the ways of burying the people in the WWI, the historical circumstances of the fi ghts and the war operations of the WWII.
