The edited study presents a continuation of the works of the author on military equipment of the Czechoslovak Army and others. In the case he deals with engineer technique. Actually he deals with the development and production of, as well as, the use of the sheltered vehicles that should enable the work of brigades of the upper commander ranks in the conditions of war activities in case of using the weapons of mass destruction. The author stems here from the extensive fundamental study of archive materials of Military Central Archive in Prague. The report consisting of an extensive text study is supplemented with 10 schematic and picture attachments appropriately defining the theme and the imagination of the reader. The up-to-date character of the study is filled in with the fact that one of the studied sheltered vehicles, described by him is in Military History Museum in Piešťany. However, necessary to state here the machine is left in there without the appropriate use of the museum.
