The published document represents one of the fragments of the complex mosaic of historical

development at the Slovak-Polish border in the territory of upper Orava and upper Spiš after the

World War II. Partially, it explains the situation arisen in relation with reintegration of these areas

under Polish administration in the context ofrecovery of the Czechoslovakia post-war borders

according to their pre-Munich state. The document comes from the funds of SNA Bratislava and is

presented by the author of the comment in its original form.
